Return Eligibility

  • Products without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items

No Exchange Policy

ShoppingBox.pk does not offer product exchanges.

Customers who wish to return a product may request a refund according to the conditions mentioned in this policy.

Return Process

To request a return, contact us at:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Video of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds may be sent through:
    • Bank transfer
    • Easypaisa/JazzCash

Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
