Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take? Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Orders to major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad) usually arrive faster; remote areas may take a little longer.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan? Yes, we deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan.

How much does delivery cost? Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 5000.00, and Rs. 200.00 on orders below that.

Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order is shipped, we send you the tracking details so you can follow it until it reaches you.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on all orders across Pakistan. You only pay when your order arrives.

Do I need to pay anything in advance for COD orders? No. With COD, you pay the full amount to the delivery rider when your order is handed to you — nothing is charged online.

Can I pay online instead of COD? Yes, we also accept payment via JazzCash / Easypaisa.

Sizing Help

How do I know what size to order? Each product page includes a size guide where available. If you’re unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

What if the size doesn’t fit when it arrives? No problem — you can exchange it for a different size within our return window (see Returns below), as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Do your sizes follow Pakistani or international standards? Our sizes follow standard Pakistani/Asian sizing unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product if I don’t like it? Yes. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the item within 7 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

How do I start a return? Simply message or call our customer support team with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process step by step.

Will I get a full refund? Yes, once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 7 working days.

What if I received a damaged or wrong item? If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a video of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Who pays for return shipping? If the item is faulty or wrong, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
